VIC-20. NASA was kind enough to mail me a wad of paper every week with the keplarians for MIR and other vehicles. I would type them into the VIC-20 so I could track MIR. It paid off with a QSO with Musa Manarov U2MIR one evening. I think it was 1988, so the VIC-20 had already been around for a few years. I also used the VIC-20 for RTTY and CW with an XR2206/2207 based homebrew interface. It was just after I moved to my first "PC" that I got my first TNC. Not long afterwards, (still pre-APRS), I set up a weather station with a Kantronics KTU and a KPC-2. 73 es cul - Keith VE7GDH -- "I may be lost, but I know exactly where I am!"
