Should we ask Kenwood questions here as well?  How about TNC
questions?  Antenna questions?  Maybe propagation questions too - APRS
uses propagation, correct?

Where does one draw the line?

Just because APRS was designed for something doesn't mean that it is
relevant on an APRS forum...
