I was just playing with a d700 set to RX on the output of our local 2m
repeater and TX on 144.39.  I noticed that it would only TX after the
repeater tail dropped.  So I checked a little further, and menu item
1-6-2 DCD Sense will only allow DCD sense on both sides or RX side. 
What we need is DCD on the TX side.... otherwise any mic-e position
reports won't get sent until someone lets the repeater drop.
