[aprssig] KPC3+

[K2DLB]

I have a KPC3+ that i am trying to program for a digi. It powers up with
no problem. When I connect the tnc to the computer the power light goes
out. I have a feeling that it is in the jumper settings, but not sure.
Does anyone have any idea what would cause this?  Oh by the way I
checked the polarity from the walwart.
