Partly for construction sites. My Honda 3.5 kW generator that I use to power the 10 most critical circuits (radio room, well pump, house heater, refrig, key lights, etc.) in the house during power outages has a 3-pin twist lock. It has a stud or somesuch for attaching a separate ground wire, to be bonded to building ground or a ground rod in outdoor applications) as you correctly indicate is required under the codes. 73, ---Ken W2KB _______________________________________________ aprssig mailing list aprssig at lists.tapr.org https://lists.tapr.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/aprssig
