>>> HamLists at ametx.com 02/08/06 10:38 AM >>> >Displaying CWOP stations in the "near" pages >is now selectable. Great!... OOps. Doesnt appear to work yet? I entered LAT=39, LON = -76.5 and checked the do-not-display CWOP stations and they still showed up. Also, what are the units for the Map Width and Height? Does not seem to be "miles"? It might be best to use the standard APRS nomenclature of "RANGE". That way one would enter his LAT and LONG and the RANGE around his station he is interested in. and get a map showing all the stations in that range. The default would probably be 64 miles. Having a RANGE scale label on the map would solve one of my biggest problems with these maps in not having a clue what "size" they are unless one is very familiair with the area and can tell by the towns... If those MAP sizes are already just pixels, then that is OK, leave them, but add up in the LAT/LONG boxes a RANGE box, so the user can request a certain range scale map in the first place. thanks Bob, WB4APR > -----Original Message----- > From: Robert Bruninga > Posted At: Tuesday, February 07, 2006 7:02 PM > Subject: [aprssig] jfindu.net - Citizens weather (NOT) > > Is there, or can you add a command or hot button > to suppress all CW stations?
