I would add one more command for new 9.1 version:
UIDUPE 30
If anyone purchased new TNC or upgraded.

And I would change own path (this is not mobile)
LTP 1    APN382 VIA WIDE1-1
to
LTP 1    APN382 VIA WIDE2-1
(APN... according to firmware version)
