The table generated at http://www.aprs-is.net/wx/RIDGERadar.asp gives
you the current URLs.  I am guessing that eventually these will be moved
to the radar.weather.gov server and the table will be changed if and
when that happens.  Currently all the images are maintained on the
Southern Region's server.

They also have more information at
http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ridge/GIS.html and
http://www.srh.noaa.gov/jetstream/remote/ridge_download.htm although the
lite directories are not talked about there.
