[aprssig] TNC Sleeping

    Someone told me to try the 'restart' command on my MFJ 1270B.  I did so.
Now I can't talk to the thing at all.  I don't even get a prompt.

    I've tried powering it down and reseting it with no luck.  I checked the
jumpers.  They are optioned for 9600 baud, which I am trying to use.

    Any suggestions?
