[aprssig] TNC Sleeping

I tried downloading and installing Microsoft Quick Basic 4.5.
Unfortunately, it keeps crashing when I try to install it. Weird.

But, I have Procomm Plus on my PC. I'll see if I can write a script
that will send those characters.

    Regards,

Fred, WB4AEJ
