[aprssig] The best resolution of position from APRS

Gudday,

I have been playing with UI-VIEW and I notice I can not get my position
quite on for APRS.

I think I am seeing the limitation to the co-ordinate system being used.

Which begs me to ask. What is the best resolution and how from the APRS Spec
?
