Lack of support for compressed items is not a spec issue, either!  It's IN
the ratified spec, and works just fine.  Kenwood refuses to fix their
firmware.  How is THAT a spec issue when any other features/changes for the
Kenwoods aren't?  It's a Kenwood customer service issue.
