Added to the chart.

So far !DAO! is a proposed format only.  I don't recall Bob
mentioning whether he has implemented it in APRSdos yet, so I didn't
mark that one (or any other).

If this feature has been implemented in any client, someone please
let me know so that I can update the chart.
