Is there a discussion group to discuss the WxSvr?

I have recently noticed that my local MRX_OUTLK symbol is always set to the
skywarn symobol and the text says "Check For Activation" even if the
underlying NWS Alert says "SPOTTER NETWORK ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED".

I was just looking to see if this is the result of a recent change or just
what's up.
