[aprssig] Receive only (mostly) IGate port

What's the input only Igate port address?   I have an situation with 
minimal internet access (1200 baud - LOL) and I need to put a few APRS 
style packets through it.

I don't have the bandwidth for a 1313 message only port.  Any chance any 
body has looked at moving the messaging smarts up a level from the Igate 
program to the Igate server?
