[aprssig] KPC 3

[Scott Miller]

I've got a copy of what I think is 8.2 for the KPC-3 here.  That's not to
say it's the same thing as 8.2 for the KPC-3+.  I'm sure they're totally
different ROM images, since the processors are different.
