[aprssig] Software needed - Peet-Bros direct to FindU database

I am looking for software (perl script), that takes the RS-232
weather data stream output from the Peet Bros Ultimeter 2000 and puts
it directly into the FindU database.

I am currently doing using RF and relying on a local IGate to put the
weather data into FindU. I want to bypass the RF connection.

This software must run in a Linux environment. I was thinking of a
perl script that waits for the Utimeter 2000 to send a packet of
weather information. When it arrives, the scripts would parse the
data, connect to FindU, and then insert the weather information into
the FindU database.

thanks in advance,
Rich, W9IF
