No, PCSAT2 shut down on 21 Jan due to low
power. (it is attached to space station and
the sun angles are not good at this time to
sustain th epower budget).

Over the weekend I did receover PCSAT2, but
then there was still insufficient power to keep
running so it shut down again.  We don not 
expect good sun angle for another several days.
