[aprssig] KPC3+ and weather station

If using a Peet Bros Ultimeter 800 and the 2nd serial port on the KPC3+ (pin 2 and 6 of the RADIO port--db9) you must also connect a 10k resistor between the serial data out and ground lines from the 800. 
   
  If using the primary serial port (the db25) this is not required.
   
  As far as I know, Peet Bros are the only ones that support direct to TNC connection.
