[aprssig] KPC 3+ and Peet Bros 100 interfacing

I continually have ocasionalproblems with mine, having to reset the TNC and or U-100. Mine will work, then suddenly stop rx the data from the U-100. A laptop shows perfect data sometimes, othertimes no data. Sometimes it sends corrupt data and my Solar Powered WX Digi ends up in Yukon Territory...according to the location. Oh well!
