[aprssig] ADS-B and APRS

I have an ADS-B receiver at home now.

This picks up aircraft sending their positions on 1090 MHz. (GPS derived)

The data is sent roughly twice a second.

I am currently experimenting with aprs feeds. (LINUX PERL)

You will see the aircraft show up as their hex code eg "7C6D20" (they use a
24 bit code)
