[aprssig] APRSdos using MAPquest maps?

Since BMP maps are quite personal to one's personal area
of interest, it would seem that personal use of ones
own copy of a MAPQUEST map would be reasonable...

what does the MapQuest terms of use/license say about such use?  Some 
(e.g. Google maps) are hostile toward APRS type use.
