[aprssig] DX Dual Satellite Hop packet

The longest dual-hop PCSAT2 <==>PCSAT-1
packet was recorded yesterday as 4426 miles
with PCSAT2 over Algeria in Northern Africa
via PCSAT-1 over the middle Atlantic and the
packet received in Maryland as shown in the
following image:

Notice the channel was very clear with PCSAT-1
over mostly blue water and PCSAT2 not in view
of most of Europe.

There are several dual pass opportunities each
day on 145.825 until 27 March or until PCSAT-1
suffers an overlad and goes power negative.
