First, I have no idea of why it is missing the SKY CMD. Second, you have your frequency steps set to 6.25 instead of 5.0 kHz. The value you actually get is 144.393 75 with 75 not 15 in small letters. To set it to the normal display, press F (function key) then the up/down rocker switch until you see STEP in the display. Now click OK on the rocker switch, the 6.25 kHz will now flash, now hit the down rocker switch and you will see 5.0, then hit OK and your problem will be resolved. I am also sending this message to the TH-D7 SIG. Maybe someone on that SIG will be able to answer your question on my there is no SKY CMD. For TH-D7 questions, that is the appropriate SIG.
