Isn't the idea of "RELAY" (now WIDE1-1) to be the fly-by-night fill-in home stations that help to get mobile users out into the "real world" of digipeaters? After your relay by WIDE1-1 boosts you into digi territory, *then* you have 3 hops (or whatever you set/limit). You wouldn't count the relay as a hop, since it is essentially an amplifier for your weak mobile. -Lance KJ5O -- J.
