FWIW, I already have a wiki set up on my personal webserver at 
http://www.mulveyfamily.com/wiki that I would be happy to donate to the 
cause.  The machine gets backed up to tape every night, etc.

I wouldn't be able to host any APRS applications themselves, as this is 
on a cable modem, but general text and graphics would be fine.  Besides, 
I doubt most authors would want someone else hosting their software.  ;-)

Also, setting up a more appropriate domain like http://www.aprswiki.org 
would be trivial.
