No, only comercial TNC that does this is the KPC-3+ and
KPC-9612+.
They put out the standard APRS telemetry protocol for 5
telemetry values.  The format is
MYCALL>BEACON,PATH:T#SSS,111,222,333,444,555,11111111

Where SSS is the serial number of the packet, then 5 analog
values (0 to 255) and then 8 digitial bits.  Displaying voltages
or current or temperature is as simple as hooking up some
resistors and/or a thermistor.  FINDU.COM then can log and
display these over time.
