First.aprs.net is down in the wake of a power failure.  I'm out of town 
but my system administrator is sitting in the dark waiting for the mains 
to come up again, whereupon he will start bringing systems back up in an 
  orderly manner.  We hope.

We lost, depending on reports, 3 345kVa circuits or 3 720kVa circuits 
about 2300z tonight.  Our backup plan didn't work for power.  Other 
plans are now in formulation.
