Actually, I believe that these are using helium. (i.e. Gas rather than Hot
Air balloons) Can't find anything that really says though...

Definitely an interesting use for APRS and nice to see they have licensing
info and the like on their web site. Also thought it was a nice touch to
have a reference copy of the club calls on the site.
