[aprssig] Low band APRS (was Re: 9600b UHF APRS IS THE FUTUREOFAPRS)

I would expect, given 1/4 wave antennas on each end, for 10 meters > 6 
meters > 2 meters. It seems I  might be wrong. Is there any 6 meter FM 
APRS? I am not really interested in SSB packet, since that is way too 
finicky for mobile beacons and way too expensive for the radio itself 
IMHO unless you already have it for other reasons.
