[aprssig] *** TNC Test CD Update - Mirror Server Now Available ***

I'm re-downloading the zipped nrg file now to test it.  I had to open the
zip file and add an updated readme after it was initially posted, so maybe
the zip program mangled something in the process.  I'll check it out - got
another 30 minutes to go on the download.
