[aprssig] GPS Display of D700 stations

The oldest, cheapest Garmin eTrex unit (the yellow one, the one that's just 
called "eTrex" with no extra name like "Legend" "Venture" or "Vista") is 
similarly unable to accept GPWPL sentences.  The other versions of the eTrex 
can accept the GPWPL sentences, though.
