As long as the accessory connector provides some kind of feedback indication
that it's in use, I can have it skip the timeslot.  The application involves
having potentially a couple hundred users on one channel, so enforcing
proper timing is going to be important.  Might need to leave a couple of
timeslots open every minute for emergency beacons and such.
