My final summary of New-N for Europe:

OK,
I have now re-worded the original New-EU Paradigm web page to
best reflect the present conditions in the system and best
explaination for it.  I will leave it stand this way, and hope
that it takes root and becomes the standard.  Here is the
New-EU Paradigm recommendation.

Again, Uiview -users- who already use the PATH of WIDEn-N do not
have to change anything.

But those few Uiview users that are also DIGIS in Europe do 
need to make some changes and those changes are found elsewhere.
Also I have heard that there are TOO MANY home stations acting 
as DIGI's and that is another problem that needs to be solved, 
but is beyond the scope of this email.
