         Hey, this looks like a good tool, thanks for the effort!

         Something is a amiss in my setup, though -- all the "snowflakes" 
appear to be just a little east of the stations -- I'm seeing "snowflakes" 
actually show up miles out into the Gulf of Mexico, however, when I zoom 
in, they appear to be in the correct positions.

         Using Precision Mapping 7 with Ui-View32 -- uh -- I thought it was 
a later version, but it reports as 2.03.
