OOPS!   I accidentally substituted    .COM  for  .NET !     (I have both 
WA8LMF.COM and WA8LMF.NET domains registered.)

The correct URL is:

     < http://wa8lmf.net/miscinfo > 

Then look near the bottom of the list for " WAVEtools.EXE ".
