[aprssig] Urgent - need help with OpenTracker cable

I can't remember the details (as they say I've slept since then) but  
the cable was straightforward - just populate the board with all the  
parts provided then tie the appropriate pin directly to the mic input  
on the radio.  This is for the Alinco, Yaesu, and Icom radios we've  
flown.

I think I ignorantly added an external resistor and capacitor to one  
rig (copied the KPC-3 cable) and it worked fine, but I removed them  
and it still worked fine.  In fact, it flew yesterday.
