Guys, does this sound like right up Bob Bruninga's alley?  Hotwheels
(mattel) makes a radar gun sold at walmart and the like for about $20 to
$30.  Wouldn't it be cool to hack it to get the doppler shift out as a 0-5v
voltage and have a PIC (ahem basic stamp, right?) measure the speed of
traffic.  Then drop them on the side of the road at pinch points and
transmit the traffic on aprs!
