[aprssig] Speech to Text

Cell phones these days are doing a great job of using voice
recognition for controlling various command functions.  Has anybody
seen a small application or device with speech input and RS-232
output?   That would sure be a cool way to control the D700 (or other
aprs applications) in the moving vehicle.   Is this in the Pocket PC
or current Palm devices?
