[aprssig] Symbol No.Car with "R"overlay

Thanks Tom for the observation although that isn't the explanation in this 
case. But it does seem like it is being edited somewhere along the way. Will 
work  on it as the overlays do give each icon a uniqueness or individuality 
which is otherwise lacking in APRS. Thanks again and have a good week-end,
