Remember that any outside links that refer to info.aprs.net pages
will have to be tweaked, as the paths to the internal pages have
changed slightly.

For instance:

  <http://info.aprs.net/wikka.php?wakka=SmartBeaconing>

is now:

  <http://info.aprs.net/index.php?title=SmartBeaconing>
