[aprssig] Remote Monitoring of Temperature

Why not just either combine the digi with the weather station (if this
is doable - you didn't mention what you're running for a digi), or use
a small, very low power transmitter on 144.39 to output your telemetry
and use the digi as...a digi to repeat it off the mountain top?
