[aprssig] XASTIR 1.9.0 timer dialog

Can I have my text back please.

What has happened to the text of my XASTIR timer sliders ?

The sliders are there in the dialog box, but the information as to what they
mean is not there.

Is this a missing font ?

Clean install 1.9.0
