[aprssig] xastir debian

[Wes Johnston, AI4PX]

anyone got a deb file for xastir 1.8.xxx or 1.9.xxx? Or a link I can add to
my /etc/apt/sources.list ?  I'll probably do a CVS install soon, but just
looking for something quick and easier.
