Man, it sure looks like you have _bunches_ of poorly configured VHF stations in your neighborhood!  Too many extra digi hops routinely, and at least one misconfigured (non-traceable) fill-in digi, probably KC9AYB-2.
Time for _lots_ more gentle elmering locally, it takes everybody's effort.  Good luck!
Remember to (diplomatically) remind your neighbors there are no "set-it-and-forget-it" operating modes in amateur radio.  Have you _checked_ your station's digipath and transmission interval settings today?
