[aprssig] UIView: Connection Forcefully Rejected

As the subject line shows this is what I am seeing on my UIView screen
"Connection Forcefully Rejected". I have used UI View for serveral years but
I have never seen this show up on my screen before. I have had UiView up and
running for about 1 week 24/7 and my internet connection is up at least 15
hours a day. I rebooted the computer and tried to connect again but no luck
the rest of the home network is fine. Any ideas ?
