To my knowledge, All APRS programs do APRS and have dumb
terminal screens so you can talk directlly to the TNC from
within the program.  The original MacAPRS and WinAPRS are nearly
identical and just compied for the MAC and Windows.

Id try macAPRS and WinAPRS
