[aprssig] OpenSource APRS Inquiry

Thank you, Curt.  I was hoping to get an overview of what was open source, specifically.  Some things are listed as cost=0, but are not open.  I'm interested in all three aspects: client, Internet hub and Internet servers (I think APRSworld is open?).  Thanks, again!  MJ
