[aprssig] "cheap" solar panels?

A friend is looking for about 200W of solar panels to power
a remote experiment. I know that a lot of folks here have experience
putting together such systems - and I'm sure I've seen a source
of "cheaper" (possibly surplus?) panels and mounts here.

But, of course, I can't find them when I need them. Help?
