Where are all the Igates?

I looked at this on-line javAPRS map:
http://personal.riverusers.com/~aprswest/javAPRS/Igates.html

And it shows big gaps (no Igates in W.Va for example).  But I
suspect it is because a lot of Igates do not use the standard
Igate symbol "I&".

Is there another link that shows all Igates? Including transient
home stations as Igates?
